Green Cities Inc. (GCI) senior management held a strategic engagement meeting with newly engaged consultants and staff at the Boulevard Hotel on Wednesday, 7 May 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration and align the team toward the organization’s growth and expansion.
The meeting officially welcomed the consultants, who will support GCI in key areas including fundraising and resource mobilization, institutional partnerships, technical innovation, and organizational development.
Welcoming the consultants, GCI Board Liaison, Mr. James Mulbah, reflected on the organization’s growth journey and emphasized that Green Cities Inc. was built on strong relationships and shared commitment. He noted that the inclusion of consultants marks another important milestone in positioning GCI as a recognized brand with long-term potential for expansion beyond Liberia.
GCI Head of Programs and Business Development, Mr. Dalitso Kuphanga, highlighted the organization’s focus on strengthening sustainability through strategic fundraising and upcoming project opportunities expected to expand GCI’s operational capacity. He stressed that building the institution is a collective responsibility requiring the commitment and expertise of both staff and consultants.
Consultant Dr. Najam Khursid underscored the significant opportunities available within the Green and Blue Economies, particularly in untapped sectors with strong development potential, and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting GCI’s institutional growth and strategic partnerships.
