Marie K. Kpoto

General Manager

Marie K. Kpoto is an experienced management professional with expertise in finance, administration, and organizational leadership. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Public Administration from the University of Liberia and has specialized training in Financial Management from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She provides strategic leadership in advancing Green Cities Inc.’s environmental sustainability and circular economy initiatives.

Dalitso Kuphanga

Dalitso Kuphanga

Program and Business Development Manager

Dalitso Kuphanga is a seasoned programme management and business development professional with over 15 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and programme leadership across Africa. He has managed multi-million-dollar programmes funded by institutions including the EU, World Bank, Global Fund, SIDA, and DANIDA. He holds a Masters in Public Health, Masters In Business Administration, Advanced Health Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Management.

Abraham S. Conneh

Abraham S. Conneh

Field Manager

Abraham S. Conneh is a field operations professional with experience in business management, community engagement, and enterprise development. He holds a BSc in Business Management at the University of Liberia and is a 2017 YALI Fellow trained at GIMPA, Ghana. He also completed the Mercy Corps Apprenticeship Program in Small Business Management, supporting Green Cities Inc.’s field implementation and service delivery.

Belvis D. O’diaji

Belvis D. O’diaji

HR and Administration Manager

Belvis D. O’diaji is an experienced administration and management professional with expertise in public diplomacy, communications, and organizational leadership. He studied English Language and Literature at Cuttington University and holds advanced certifications from the United States Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute in public diplomacy, grants management, records management, crisis management, and cybersecurity. He has served in senior roles across diplomatic missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, and Liberia, including nearly a decade as Director of the American Center at the United States Embassy in Monrovia.

Joseph S. M. Kpala

Joseph S. M. Kpala

Sr. Processing and Production Manager

Joseph S. M. Kpala, Sr. is an experienced technical and operations professional with a strong background in information technology, systems management, and production operations. He holds a Diploma (High Honors) in Computer Network Engineering from BlueCrest University, Monrovia, and previously served for several years as an IT Systems Technician with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). At Green Cities Inc., he oversees processing and production operations, supporting efficient recycling systems, material recovery processes, and production management as part of the organization’s circular economy and environmental sustainability initiatives.
